Live chicken hanging & slaughter bleeding: Live chickens are hung on overhead conveyor, automatic slaughter and blood draining.

Scalding & plucking: Hot water scalding then automatic feather removal by plucking machine.

Evisceration & inspection: Take out internal organs, manual inspection to remove unqualified carcasses.

Cutting, washing & pre-cooling: Carcass segmentation, cleaning and pre-chilling for fresh preservation.
