How This Production Line Works?

• Raw Material Feeding: Ground chicken raw material is conveyed by elevator into forming machine, automatic feeding without manual handling.
• Forming: Meat mixture is pressed and shaped into nuggets, patties, stars or custom shapes via replaceable moulds.
• Coating Process: Pre-dusting → battering → breading, to form uniform coating layer on product surface.
• Continuous Frying: Products go through continuous oil frying, then cooling for quick-freezing and final packaging.

• Machine 1：Raw Material Elevator (1.6m) — Function: Transport minced chicken meat to forming machine automatically.
• Machine 2：400mm Chicken Nugget Forming Machine (2.8m) — Function: Form meat into different shapes and fixed weight portions.
• Machine 3：Battering Machine (1.8m) — Function: Apply liquid batter evenly on product surface.
• Machine 4：Predusting Machine (2.7m) — Function: Coat thin dry powder to improve batter adhesion.
• Machine 5：Breading Machine (2.7m) — Function: Attach bread crumbs for crispy outer layer.
• Machine 6：Continuous Frying Machine (5m) — Function: Continuous oil frying for pre-cooked frozen chicken products.

• Machine 8：Air Flow System — Function: Blow off excess powder/batter to avoid coating accumulation.

Q1: What products can this frozen chicken line produce?

A: It can make chicken nuggets, chicken patties, popcorn chicken, breaded chicken strips, onion rings, fish cakes and other restructured frozen coated meat products. We supply custom moulds for different shapes.

Q2: Can you adjust the line capacity for small or large production?

A: Yes. We offer flexible configuration. The full line capacity can be customized from 300kg/h up to 1500kg/h by adjusting machine models.

Q3: Is the machine easy to clean and meet food safety standards?

A: All product contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel. Quick disassembly design, fully compliant with HACCP and CE food hygiene requirements.

Q4: Can you adapt the machine voltage for our country?

A: Sure. We modify voltage and frequency (50Hz/60Hz) to match your local power grid, such as 220V, 415V, 440V etc.
