How This Production Line Works?

1. Raw meat grinding: JR-130 meat mincer grinds frozen/fresh meat into fine meat paste.
2. Mixing ingredients: BXC-600 mixer blends meat with vitamins, additives to uniform filling.
3. Vacuum extrusion forming: Auto feeder transports mixture to vacuum extrusion line to shape pet snacks.
4. Drying & cutting: Put formed snacks on drying trolley into drying room, then cut into fixed length by CNC cutter.
