This customer is a well-established poultry food manufacturer in the Middle East, supplying retail supermarkets, hotel chains and quick-service restaurants with halal chicken processed products.

The factory previously relied on semi-manual sausage making equipment. Low production capacity, inconsistent sausage weight, high labor cost and unstable finished product texture restricted their market expansion. They needed a fully automatic halal sausage production line that meets local food hygiene standards, capable of continuous mass production of chicken hot dogs and chicken frankfurters.

Our Custom Solution

We delivered a complete turnkey chicken hot dog sausage processing line, including frozen meat grinder, vacuum meat mixer, vacuum sausage stuffer, sausage linker, continuous cooking tunnel, cooling and conveying system.

Our food engineering team optimized the line layout to adapt to the client’s workshop space. All contact parts are food grade 304 stainless steel. The whole sausage production line supports halal production requirements, equipped with PLC automatic recipe control, easy parameter adjustment for different chicken sausage formulas. We provided on-site installation, operator training, spare parts package and long-distance after-sales support.
