This European customer is a premium meat processing enterprise, supplying portioned frozen meat cuts to supermarkets and meat distributors. Their workshop maintains constant -18°C environment for raw frozen meat storage and processing, required to comply with strict EU food safety regulations.

Most standard meat cutting machines cannot work stably under continuous -18°C cold room conditions. Their old equipment had frequent motor faults, inaccurate portion cutting, and separate manual packaging process leading to low efficiency. They needed an integrated frozen meat cutting and packaging line suitable for low-temperature environment, CE certified, meeting EU hygiene standards.

Our Custom Solution

We designed a tailored low-temperature resistant frozen meat processing system: frozen meat band saw / frozen meat cutter, automatic portioning system, multihead weigher, tray sealing packaging machine, labeler and conveyor system.

All motors, sensors and electrical components are upgraded for stable operation under -18°C cold workshop. The whole frozen meat cutting and packaging line adopts hygienic open frame design, easy deep cleaning, fully CE compliant. Our engineers conducted factory acceptance test before shipment, carried out on-site assembly, commissioning and training for their maintenance team.
