Case Study: Delivering Customized Automatic & 8-Blade Bone Saw Machines to Sweden (CE Certified)
Discover how our engineering team designed, manufactured, and delivered custom-powered automatic and 8-blade bone saw machines for a Swedish meat processing client in just 30 days.
Expanding into the European market requires not only high-performance food processing equipment but also strict adherence to safety standards and flexible customization capabilities.
Recently, we successfully completed and dispatched a tailored meat processing solution for a valued client in Sweden: a Fully Automatic Bone Saw Machine with an upgraded high-power motor and a 8-Blade Bone Saw Machine engineered with specialized cutting thickness.
From customized 3D design to CE certification, the entire project was completed within 30 days, demonstrating our agile manufacturing and commitment to quality.
Customer Requirements: Precision Customization
European meat processing plants often have unique workflow requirements based on raw material density and local consumer packaging sizes. After detailed technical discussions, our Swedish client requested two critical modifications:
1.Fully Automatic Bone Saw Machine:
Standard Specification: 5.5 kW motor.
Customized Requirement: Upgraded to a 7.7 kW heavy-duty motor to handle denser frozen meat and bone cutting with higher throughput and continuous duty cycles.
2.8-Blade Bone Saw Machine (Multi-Blade Slicer):
Standard Specification: 30 mm fixed blade spacing.
Customized Requirement: Re-engineered blade shaft and spacing to 35 mm, tailored specifically to meet their retail packaging and portion control standards.
From CAD Drawings to Reality: Our Engineering Process
Upon finalizing the commercial terms, our R&D team immediately went to work:
- Custom Engineering & 3D Modeling: Within 48 hours, our mechanical engineers generated full 3D CAD models. For the automatic saw, the internal chassis was reinforced to accommodate the larger 7.7 kW motor and ensure thermal stability. For the 8-blade machine, the spacer assembly and blade guide mechanisms were recalculated for 35 mm precision cutting.
- Agile Fabrication: Leveraging high-precision CNC machining and laser cutting, components were fabricated with strict tolerances, ensuring minimal vibration and smooth operation.
- Rapid Turnaround: Despite non-standard engineering, the complete build was executed within approx. 30 days.
Quality Assurance & CE Certification for European Compliance
Safety and compliance are paramount for European clients. Throughout the production cycle, both machines were subjected to rigorous testing:
- Continuous dry-run and load-testing to verify motor performance and heat dissipation.
- Blade tensioning and safety sensor response testing.
- CE Compliance: Both custom units successfully obtained CE Certification, fully compliant with EU machinery directives, electrical safety standards, and food hygiene regulations.
Shipment & Delivery to Sweden
Before crating, our QC team conducted a final inspection and filmed running test videos for the customer’s approval. Both machines were wrapped with anti-corrosion film and packed into export-grade, fumigation-free wooden crates for sea freight to Sweden.
The client expressed high satisfaction with our quick design response, precision craftsmanship, and the transparency of the entire 30-day process.
