The customer is a large frozen convenience food manufacturer in Latin America, producing frozen chicken nuggets, chicken patties and coated chicken snacks for local supermarket distribution and fast food chains.

Challenges

The client’s old forming equipment had poor shape consistency, high product breakage rate during coating. Manual mould replacement took long downtime. They planned to expand frozen chicken nugget SKUs and needed a fully automated chicken nugget production line with flexible mould change, stable forming performance and easy sanitation cleaning.

Our Custom Solution

We supplied the full turnkey chicken nugget forming line: frozen meat grinding system, vacuum mixing machine, nugget forming machine, preduster, battering machine, breading machine, continuous fryer, air cooling conveyor and final packaging station.

The nugget forming machine supports quick mould swap for chicken nuggets, chicken burger patties and shaped chicken products. All food contact components comply with food safety requirements. Our team completed workshop layout design, equipment assembly, commissioning, local operator training and maintenance guidance.
