Our customer from the Middle East operates a large frozen seafood & food manufacturing factory, specializing in halal seafood products for local supermarkets, hotel chains, restaurants and wholesale distributors.

The client intended to expand their frozen seafood product range and required a full automatic turnkey stuffed fish ball production line, from raw frozen fish meat input to final packaged quick-frozen stuffed fish balls.

We customized the whole stuffed fish ball production line based on the customer’s capacity requirement. The production workflow:
